Day 2: Penggagal

Again and again...misi makan ikut time adalah sangat penggagal! Nilah akibatnya melepek kat rumah buat kerja2 online. Memang sedentary lifestyle ni memang tak sihat langsung!

We see what did I ate yesterday

Breakfast

500 mL Herbalife peach tea
400 mL Herbalife cappuccino shake

Lunch

1/2 cup white rice
1 cup cooked vegies
1/2 cup proteins (consist of fish balls, ayam goreng)

Dinner

1/2 cup white rice
1/2 cup cooked vegies
1 ketul kecil ayam goreng

Cantikkan makanan yang dimakan masa main meal. Akan tatapi tetap penggagal bila sampai bab snacking....

Snacks (3-5pm)

Kuih pau yik mun - bukan sebiji tapi 3 biji okeh!!
3 hand full of keropok ketam
400 mL fruit juice (guava + starfruit) without sugar added
1 mug black coffee - aiyark!!
1 cut of guava

Water intake
3 Liter plain water

See...banyak gila makan. I really have to look at my snacking habits. Kalau macam ni lah gayanya, control makan macam mana pun memang takkan berjaya lah untuk dapatkan kesihatan optimum. Dahla aktiviti fizikal memang sgt2 kurang, alasan - kasut sports takde dan hujan waktu pagi dan petang. Haihh...kena stop cari alasan ni...nak sihat atau tak ni?

Day 1: Screwed up!

Punyalah bersungguh-sungguh nak lose weight, sampai buat blog. Dengan harapan boleh mencatat apa yang telah disumbat ke dalam mulut on daily basis, so boleh la evaluate sama ada saya mengumpul lemak atau mengurangkan lemak dan menjaga organ badan. Ohh..dan beserta dengan aktiviti fizikal.

Akan tatapi....
Catatan 1st day adalah sangat screwed up! Apa yang saya pelajari adalah, makan mesti bersistem. Tanpa sistem makan yang betul, eating habit akan benar2 screwed up. So, semalam apa yang telah berlaku?

Sarapan (taken at 9am)
500 mL Herbalife Peach Tea
500 mL Herbalife Cappuccino Shake
Lunch (taken at 12.30pm)
2 senduk white rice
1 part ayam masak kicap
1/2 cup stir fried vegies
1/2 cup raw vegies & fruits

Dinner
1 senduk white rice
1 fried egg
1 cup stir fried vegies

Waa....nampak macam dah bagus kan. Calorie intake pun mcm tak la tinggi sangat. Akan tatapi...telah dihasut oleh encik hasben untuk bawa anak menonton movie Rio di TGV The Mines, mengakibatkan ada additional foods intake yang diconsider sebagai "snacks".
Snacks
3 handfull of keropok ketam
1/2 packet of caramel pop corn
about 250 mL of ice lemon tea
Plain water
2 Liters only

Physical Activities
Berpusing2 di Mall dan berjalan naik turun escalator (boleh burn calorie kah?)
Hoih...rasa mahu menyepak diri sendiri! Hari kedua perlu improvekan diri. No more unhealthy snacking ye Puan! Dan make sure mesti minum lebih banyak plain water.

I really need to do this, that's why I need to start!

Losing weight and getting healthy is really a big challenge to me. Even though I have met with the most amazing product that really can help me, but without a good wellness knowledge and practice my ultimate goal to reach the optimum wellness throughout my life will be difficult to be achieved. Realizing this, I really need to provide my own healthy lifestyle diary, so that I can measure how far have I gone in order to achieve my optimum health level.

I really want to lose weight and be in a good shape. Its not only about looking good and feeling good about myself but for me being healthy and getting to optimum my health level meaning that I can give more to people around me. Just like money principle, its not about the amount of money that you have but what you're going to do with your money. The same principle goes to my principle of health.
Defining what is "being healthy" is so subjective and it will be according to how people looking on it. Well, I also have my own definition on health and here goes.

1. I am healthy when my physical is fit to do the active physical activities (such as running, swimming, climbing, etc.etc.) even though I have reach my golden years (70-80).

2. I am healthy when my mind is always positive and can think positively without any disturbance from negative entity.

3. I am healthy when I can bring the best in other people's life and benefit to them.

I hope that people out there will help me to achieve my healthy lifestyle goal. And please share with me your definition of "healthy".
