Losing weight and getting healthy is really a big challenge to me. Even though I have met with the most amazing product that really can help me, but without a good wellness knowledge and practice my ultimate goal to reach the optimum wellness throughout my life will be difficult to be achieved. Realizing this, I really need to provide my own healthy lifestyle diary, so that I can measure how far have I gone in order to achieve my optimum health level.
I really want to lose weight and be in a good shape. Its not only about looking good and feeling good about myself but for me being healthy and getting to optimum my health level meaning that I can give more to people around me. Just like money principle, its not about the amount of money that you have but what you're going to do with your money. The same principle goes to my principle of health.
Defining what is "being healthy" is so subjective and it will be according to how people looking on it. Well, I also have my own definition on health and here goes.
1. I am healthy when my physical is fit to do the active physical activities (such as running, swimming, climbing, etc.etc.) even though I have reach my golden years (70-80).
2. I am healthy when my mind is always positive and can think positively without any disturbance from negative entity.
3. I am healthy when I can bring the best in other people's life and benefit to them.
I hope that people out there will help me to achieve my healthy lifestyle goal. And please share with me your definition of "healthy".
